📅 Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms
  • 100% Refund – Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour and receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.
  • 50% Refund – If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No Refund – Cancellations made within 6 hours of the tour start time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Example: If your safari is scheduled for 7:00 PM, cancel before 7:00 PM the day before for a full refund. If you cancel at 10:00 AM on the day of the tour, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel at 5:00 PM on the same day or do not show up, no refund will be provided.

🔄 Rescheduling & Date Changes

If you need to reschedule instead of canceling, we allow free date changes up to 12 hours before your tour start time, subject to availability. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll help you adjust your booking.

🚫 Cancellations Due to Weather or Other Factors

We prioritize guest safety and quality experiences. In rare cases, if we have to cancel your booking due to extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues, you will receive:
